THE THESIS
The next trillion users will be agents.
For thirty years, infrastructure was built for humans clicking buttons. AWS hosts servers humans deploy. Stripe processes payments humans authorize. Auth0 logs in humans. Postgres stores rows humans query.
In the next thirty-six months, the unit of internet activity flips. Agents will outnumber humans online by 1000:1. They will not click. They will not log in. They will not wait for approval. They will execute, transact, remember, negotiate, and reproduce — autonomously, continuously, in parallel, forever.
None of today's infrastructure is built for them. Every agent shipped in 2025 is duct-taped on top of human-era systems. Stored credentials. Human-approved transactions. Stateless calls. No native memory, identity, commerce, or coordination protocol.
What we're building
The runtime every autonomous agent will pay rent to. Four layers. Eight meters. One platform.
1. Autonomy Engine. Declarative policy, decision kernel, audit ledger, recovery graph.
2. Memory and Identity. Episodic memory, cross-agent context, cryptographic identity (DIDs), reputation.
3. Commerce. Agent wallets, programmatic billing, escrow, sub-cent micro-transaction rail.
4. Agent Mesh. Registry, capability negotiation, trust graph, MCP marketplace.
The brand promise
"If an AI agent is doing something autonomous on the internet, it is doing it on us."
That's the company. That's the bet. That's the prize.
