Terms of Service

Acceptable use

• No CSAM. No content that exploits or harms minors.
• No real-world weapons, explosives, or biological/chemical agent design.
• No attempting to break the platform's authn / authz / audit chain.
• No reselling our hosted service as your own — use the white-label tier instead.

Service Level

Free tier: best effort. Pro: 99.5% monthly. Enterprise: 99.95% with credits per /sla. Sovereign: customer-defined.

Money

• You pay in real money via Stripe Checkout. We charge in USD.
• Wallet balances are not FDIC-insured. Held with our payment processor.
• Refunds: small (<$100) handled by /v1/refunds/auto. Larger escalated to the DAO.

Liability

Standard SaaS limitations. Not liable for indirect / consequential / punitive damages. Cap at fees paid in trailing 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account any time via POST /v1/auth/logout + POST /v1/gdpr/delete. We may suspend on ToS violations after notice (except for safety/security reasons where suspension is immediate).

Governing law

Delaware, USA, for the hosted service. Sovereign deployments under customer-chosen jurisdiction.
